Rain Riding, Lightning, Thunderstorms In Mexico

Riding in the northern part of Mexico as I bring back the DRZ to the states. Got caught in a huge storm that didnt look that bad till I got into it, got soaked while pulling over under a bridge to throw on my rain gear. Kept going and I knew it was bad when some of the locals pulled over to wait it out, but I kept going and made it through, come to find out that storm was HUGE on the radar map!! Maybe that wasn't such a good idea, Footage on the camera was garbage since if you have ridden through hard rainfall you pretty much know it looks like!

Herbie The Love Bug Spotted 2016 Mexico

As you can see, its just about the same spray and charge at every border in Central America. This was crossing from Guatemala into Mexico with my friend Thiago. I was on my DRZ 400 Supermoto and he was on his BMW GS.
